Terms of Service

These are the rules for using DeckMorph (the "Service"). Use it and you're agreeing to them. Don't agree? Then don't use it. Simple as that.
1. The Service
DeckMorph takes slide images you give it and turns them into editable Google Slides objects. It's provided "as is" and could change or shut down whenever. We don't promise the output is perfect, so give it a look before you ship it anywhere.
2. Accounts
Some features require signing in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may use the Service anonymously within the free daily allowance.
3. Plans & billing
- Free, $0, includes a monthly allowance of slide decompositions and the Chrome extension.
- Pro, $12/month, includes a higher monthly allowance and priority processing.
- Anonymous, a small daily allowance with no sign-in.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice for future billing periods.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- submit content you do not have the right to use;
- upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service, or to circumvent usage limits or authentication;
- use the Service to violate the rights of others or any applicable law.
5. Intellectual property
You retain all rights to the images and content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service. The DeckMorph name, software, and branding remain our property.
6. Privacy & your data
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. In short: almost everything runs on our own servers; the slide image you submit is sent to Google's Gemini only to identify fonts (and individual icon crops may be sent for cleanup), and nothing else leaves our infrastructure. Submitted images and results are auto-deleted within 24 hours. We do not sell your data or use your slides to train models. We operate under the GDPR, you can request access or erasure of your data via the "Delete my data" action on your Account page or by emailing support@deckmorph.com.
7. Disclaimer & liability
The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeckMorph is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
8. Changes & termination
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
